Wearing wool in the sun is not a paradox: it's a technical refinement. At Hast, we have designed a suit capable of defying the thermometer without ever sacrificing the structure of tailoring.
Discover our new fresco wool suit, a piece designed for those who refuse to choose between thermal comfort and impeccable style.

Fresco wool: the ideal material for summer?
While wool is often associated with winter, its "fresco" (or fresco) version is the best-kept secret of the summer men's wardrobe.
Exceptional breathability
Unlike tight weaves, our Italian fresco wool is woven in a very open manner. With a featherlight weight of 165 g/m², it allows air to circulate freely, naturally regulating your body temperature. It is a "dry" material that wicks away moisture while remaining cool to the touch.
Impeccable and wrinkle-resistant
One of the great advantages of this fiber is its resilience. Fresco wool is naturally wrinkle-resistant. Whether you spend three hours in a meeting or traveling, your suit maintains its sharp lines. You remain impeccable from morning to night, even under a blazing sun.

The suit jacket: balance between tradition and modernity
Our sage fresco wool jacket is not just about the fabric; it's a meticulous construction effort for a modernized silhouette.
Half-canvassed construction
For this piece, we chose a half-canvassed construction. This technique offers the best of both worlds: the structure of a traditional jacket on the upper torso and increased flexibility on the lower part. It adapts to your morphology over time for tailored comfort.
Details that make the difference
Every element has been designed to balance style and discretion:
- 8.5 cm lapels: a classic and assertive width for timeless elegance
- Structured shoulder: a lightly constructed shoulder head and a subtle "cigarette" (the relief at the top of the sleeve) for a clean yet natural look
- Careful finishes: two flap pockets, a chest pocket, and four-button cuffs

Pleated trousers: volume and precision
To accompany this jacket, we designed pleated trousers that assert their character.
A straight and ample cut
Far from tight cuts, these trousers offer a marked leg width (21.4 cm opening). This straight cut not only allows for better air circulation but also creates a more contemporary and authoritative silhouette.
Tailored details
The trousers incorporate haute couture codes with:
- A waistband with a double button tab
- A front watch pocket, a nod to classic menswear
- Two back jetted and buttoned pockets for a clean finish

How to wear the fresco wool suit?
The advantage of this sage green color is its versatility. Worn as a full suit with a striped shirt, it makes the ideal wedding or formal suit. For a more casual look, you can separate the pieces: the trousers with a knitted polo, or the jacket over raw denim jeans in the evening.
If you're looking for a more traditional but equally technical option, this model is also available in a deep navy blue, an essential for the professional wardrobe.
