With The Court Side selection, we return to the roots of Preppy style, a wardrobe born on Ivy League campuses in the 1950s. Originally, these students from prestigious American universities repurposed sports codes – tennis, cricket, or rowing – to create a new look, blending casualness with distinction.
We drew from this imagery to design pieces that capture this timeless "sport-chic" aesthetic. It's the return of an elegant style, codified but never rigid, where the nobility of natural materials meets comfortable cuts designed for movement. By reinterpreting these academic wardrobe classics, we offer a silhouette that transcends eras, from the tennis courts to city terraces, with the discreet confidence that defines the Hast spirit.
