IN FRANCE
Colissimo service at home without signature - Delivery in mainland France, Corsica, Andorra and Monaco. Colissimo Post Office service. The service is offered from 200 euros of purchase, and charged 5 euros below 200 euros of purchase. Delivery takes place within 2 to 3 working days after shipment.
Colissimo service - My merchant. Delivery to Relais Pick Up or relay point in mainland France. Delivery is free from 200 euros of purchase, and billed 3 euros below 200 euros of purchase.
Colissimo service My post office - Parcel delivered the next day before 1 p.m. to the Pickup relay of your choice. You will be notified by email and SMS. Delivery is free from 200 euros of purchase, and billed 3 euros below 200 euros of purchase.
Chronopost relay point service - Parcel delivered the next day before 1 p.m. to the Pickup relay of your choice. You will be notified by email and SMS. The service is offered from 200 euros of purchase, and charged 7 euros below 200 euros of purchase.
Colissimo service at home against signature - Delivery in mainland France, Corsica, Andorra and Monaco. Colissimo Post Office service. The service is charged 3 euros from 200 euros of purchase, and billed 7 euros below 200 euros of purchase. Delivery takes place within 2 to 3 working days after shipment.
In the event of absence or impossibility of delivery of your parcel (no guard, etc.), your postman leaves a delivery notice mentioning the date and address of the post office where you can collect your parcel upon presentation. an identity document.
From the date mentioned on the delivery notice, you have 15 days to collect your package. After this period, it will be returned to us automatically. In this case, the next delivery costs will be your responsibility.

Chronopost Express Service - starting from €12 and weighted according to the weight of your package. Delivery takes place at home the next day before 1 PM* if the order is placed before noon, from Monday to Friday excluding public holidays. Your package will be handed over against a signature. If you are not present at the time of delivery, Chronopost offers alternative delivery options such as delivery on another date, delivery to a post office, a pickup point, a safe place, or to a neighbor.

Chronopost International Service - Delivery in Europe. Delivery starts from 11.40 euros and you are delivered within 2 to 6 working days after shipment. This delay varies depending on the destinations.
Free delivery from 200 euros to the following countries: Germany, Austria, Belgium, Denmark, Spain, Finland, Greece, Ireland, Italy, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Portugal, Sweden, Switzerland.
Colissimo International service - Delivery to the following countries: Cyprus, Iceland, Norway, Switzerland from 16.52 euros and you are delivered within 2 to 6 working days after shipment. This delay varies depending on the destinations.
DHL International - Free shipping for purchases over 250 CHF in Switzerland and over £200 in the United Kingdom. Deliveries are made within 3 to 5 business days after dispatch, depending on the destination.
DHL Express - Shipping rates:
- Switzerland: 9 CHF for orders below 250 CHF; free for orders above 250 CHF.
- United Kingdom: £9 for orders below £200; £5 for orders above £200.
- United States: $9 for orders below $250; free for orders above $250.
- Canada: 9 CAD for orders below 350 CAD; free for orders above 350 CAD.

Returns
IN FRANCE AND EUROPEAN UNION
Exchange and refund - You have 14 days from delivery of the products to change your mind and return the goods to us, and receive a full refund of the purchase. For any refund request, the return costs (returning the products) will be the responsibility of the customer.
The customer is responsible for the proper delivery of products in the context of a return.
In mainland France, for any refund request, the return costs (returning the products) are the responsibility of the customer and the credits are offered. In other countries, for all return requests (refund and credit) return costs are the responsibility of the customer.
Return costs correspond to the amount of the Colissimo labels provided by Hast to facilitate the return of your orders. You can consult the table at the end of the page to find out the return costs for your geographical area.
Please note that it is not possible to obtain a refund if the purchase was made in store, only exchange is possible in this case. Refunds are only possible for online purchases. Likewise, a refund is not possible after a first exchange.
Gift bags cannot be refunded.
OTHER EUROPEAN COUNTRIES AND REST OF THE WORLD
Exchanges and Refunds - You have 14 days from the date of delivery of your order to return products and receive a refund. Please note that return fees, corresponding to the cost of the return label, will be deducted from your refund.
Carefully prepare your package by including your delivery note.
Returned products must be new, unworn (except for short fitting), and in their original box, in perfect condition (including packaging and accessories) and securely sealed. If you no longer have the original packaging, please return the products in a carton that is suitable for the number, weight, and size of the items being returned, and strong enough for transportation.
Upon receipt of the package, Hast will assess the condition of the returned goods. No refund will be issued if the returned items are visibly used or damaged.
Refunds will be processed within 14 days after we receive your package and validate your return.
Please note that the cost of the return label, depending on your country, will be deducted from your refund.

Free exchange (in mainland France) - If you change your mind within 14 (fourteen) days following your order, you can exchange your product with a credit valid for a period of 1 year*, in the form of a discount voucher for an amount equal to your initial purchase. Customers who have benefited from a promotional code and wish to subsequently exchange will benefit from a credit of the net amount paid. If the reduction is no longer valid or cannot be combined, the amount equivalent to the reduction received on the first purchase must be paid in order to exchange the product ordered.

Carefully prepare your package by IMPERATIVELY inserting your delivery note. If you have lost it, please contact us.
Print the prepaid return label received by email and stick it on your package. Finally, drop it off at the post office of your choice. We specify that collection from your mailbox is not available for these packages.
Once your return is received and validated, a discount voucher valid for one year will be generated for you.
It is also possible to make an exchange directly in our stores located at 47, rue d'Aboukir 75002 Paris, at 7 rue des Batignolles, 75017 Paris, at 29 rue du Commerce, 75015 Paris and at 10 rue Jean de Tournes, 69002 Lyon , even if the products were purchased online.

If a store credit was used to pay for the order, a refund is not possible.

No exchange or refund will be accepted if the returned items have been visibly used or damaged by the customer, and this usage or damage renders the items unsellable. If the exchange or refund is denied, the items will be returned to the customer. Return shipping costs will be at the customer's expense.
