Delivery

IN MAINLAND FRANCE

Colissimo home delivery without signature - Delivery to mainland France, Corsica, Andorra, and Monaco. La Poste Colissimo service. Free for orders over 200 euros, and €5 for orders under 200 euros. Delivery takes place within 2 to 3 working days after dispatch.

In case of absence or inability to deliver your parcel (no building caretaker, etc.), your postman will leave a calling card indicating the date and address of the post office where you can collect your parcel upon presentation of ID.

Starting from the date stated on the calling card, you have 15 days to collect your parcel. After this period, it will automatically be returned to us. In this case, subsequent shipping costs will be charged to you.

Chronopost Express Service to a pick-up point - from 3 euros for express pick-up point delivery (at the pick-up point the following morning for orders placed before 1pm; fee applies for orders under 200 euros).

Chronopost Express Service - from €12 and weighted according to your parcel's weight. Home delivery takes place the following day before 6pm* for orders placed before 12pm, Monday to Friday excluding bank holidays. Parcel delivery requires a signature.
If you are not present upon delivery, Chronopost offers alternative delivery options, such as delivery on another date or delivery to a post office, pick-up point, safe place, or neighbour.

In-store collection - free within 2 hours.

Delivery to store - free on orders over 200 euros, and €5 for orders under 200 euros. Within 2 to 3 working days.

 

FRENCH OVERSEAS TERRITORIES

Colissimo Outre-Mer Service - Delivery to Guadeloupe, Martinique, Réunion, French Guiana, Mayotte, and Saint Pierre and Miquelon within 5 to 10 working days, from €13.09.

Colissimo Outre-Mer Service - Delivery to French Polynesia within 5 to 10 working days from €19.21.

 

IN PARIS

Two-wheeler delivery within Paris and adjacent municipalities in 3 hours.
Service charged at €12 per order within Paris intramuros, €16.80 in adjacent municipalities (Aubervilliers, Bagnolet, Boulogne-Billancourt, Charenton-le-Pont, Clichy, Courbevoie, Gentilly, Issy-les-Moulineaux, Ivry-sur-Seine, La Défense, La Garenne-Colombes, Le Kremlin-Bicêtre, Le Pré-Saint-Gervais, Les Lilas, Levallois-Perret, Malakoff, Montreuil, Montrouge, Nanterre, Neuilly-sur-Seine, Pantin, Puteaux, Saint-Denis, Saint-Mandé, Saint-Ouen, Vanves, Vincennes), €24 in other municipalities of the 92 department.

INTERNATIONAL

Chronopost International Service - Delivery to the European Union. Delivery starts from 5 euros and items are delivered within 2 to 6 working days after dispatch. This timeframe varies depending on the destination.
Free delivery on orders over 200 euros to the following countries: Germany, Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Cyprus, Croatia, Denmark, Spain, Estonia, Finland, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Czech Republic, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Sweden

DHL International - Free delivery on orders over 250 CHF in Switzerland and over £200 in the United Kingdom. Delivery takes place within 3 to 5 working days after dispatch depending on the destination.

DHL Express - Shipping costs:

• Switzerland: 9 CHF for orders under 250 CHF, free over 250 CHF
• United Kingdom: £9 for orders under £200, £5 for orders over £200
• United States: $9 for orders under $250, free for orders over $250
• Canada: 9 CAD for orders under 350 CAD, free for orders over 350 CAD
• Rest of the world: €10 for orders under €250, free for orders over €250.

You will receive your order within 2 to 6 working days after dispatch depending on the destination.

Return conditions

IN FRANCE AND THE EUROPEAN UNION

Exchange and refund

You have 14 days from delivery to return an item and request an exchange or refund.

• Mainland France:
  • Exchanges are free in the form of a credit note valid for one year.
  • In the event of a refund request, return shipping costs (€8) are payable by the customer and will be deducted from the refunded amount.
• European Union:
  • Exchanges are available in the form of a credit note valid for one year. Return costs remain payable by the customer and will be deducted from the credit note amount.
  • For refunds, return shipping costs are also payable by the customer and will be deducted from the refunded amount.

Return costs correspond to the price of prepaid return labels provided by Hast. You can check the table at the bottom of the page to find the applicable rates for your geographic area.

 

OTHER EUROPEAN COUNTRIES AND REST OF THE WORLD

Refund

You have 14 days from the date of delivery to return an item and request a refund.

Special Christmas return policy: The 14-day period is extended! All items ordered before Christmas can be returned or exchanged up to and including 6 January. Perfect for your gifts!

• Return shipping costs are payable by the customer and will be deducted from your refund.

EXCEPTIONS

• In-store purchases are not eligible for a refund; only exchanges are possible.
• A refund is not possible after an initial exchange.
• Orders paid partially or entirely with store credit are not eligible for a refund.

 

REGISTER A RETURN REQUEST: for exchange or refund

You can submit a return request via the return form.

Download your return label and carefully pack your parcel, including your delivery slip.

Returned products must be brand new, unworn (aside from brief try-ons), unwashed, and in their perfectly intact original box (packaging and accessories included). If you no longer have the original packaging, please use a box suited to the weight and number of products you are returning.

Upon receipt of the parcel, Hast will assess the condition of the returned goods. No refund/exchange will be granted if the returned items have visibly been used or damaged.

Refunds and store credits are issued within 14 days following receipt and validation of the return.

Return costs may apply to refunds and store credits. Please refer to the table at the bottom of the page to see the applicable fees for your geographic area.

In-store return You can return a product in store, even if purchased online, at the following addresses:

GENERAL RETURN CONDITIONS: for exchange or refund

• The customer is responsible for the safe transit of returned items.
• Items must be returned brand new, unworn, and in their undamaged original box.
• Underwear (socks and boxers) cannot be refunded if the packaging has been opened.
• Gift pouches are not eligible for a refund
• Swimwear and pyjamas must be tried on over underwear.

Hast will assess the condition of returned items. No refund or exchange will be accepted for items visibly used or damaged, rendering them unsuitable for resale.

If the return is rejected, the items will be sent back to the customer, who will be responsible for the reshipment fees.
