At Hast, we decided to break this mould. For our Spring-Summer 2026 collection, we have reinterpreted this piece by infusing it with tailoring codes. The result? A structured silhouette, sharp lines, and effortless ease even on the hottest days.

Why are Hast shorts unlike any other? Because we did not design them for the beach, but as authentic short tailored trousers.

Pleated shorts: everyday versatility
Available in two essential colourways, the pleated shorts are the ultimate versatile staple.
- The fabric: a 275 g/m² cotton twill, offering the ideal weight to ensure a clean, lightweight drape.
- The adjustment: featuring side adjusters, it is worn without a belt for clean, minimalist lines.
The Gurkha shorts: an iconic statement piece
Drawing direct inspiration from military heritage and British tailoring, the navy Gurkha style is the statement piece of this collection.
- The 6cm waistband: it structures the silhouette and becomes the focal point of your outfit.
- Precise tailoring: with sharp front pleats, it delivers a level of sartorial polish rarely seen in a short garment.
How to wear tailored shorts with elegance?
The "day at the office" look
