In this two-tone khaki and cream model, designed for the Odaje x Hast capsule collection, the richness of the leathers sets the tone: a matte, slightly oily khaki pull-up leather, destined to develop a patina over time, is paired with a cream-grained tumbled leather of beautiful natural density. A direct, nuanced, and lively dialogue of materials.
But it is undoubtedly in its construction that this model most clearly asserts its character. Mounted on a serrated welt, entirely made of genuine leather, the sole reveals particularly meticulous craftsmanship: natural beige outsole, side, welt, and heel dyed chocolate then waxed, right down to the oval notches at the front to promote foot flexibility. A precise architecture, designed to combine support, flexibility, and presence.
Added to this demanding standard are workshop details that speak of the handmade touch: a hand-stitched vamp with corded thread, a wheeled welt at the back, a soft counter, a calfskin lining embossed with the collaboration's logo, not to mention the square-section genuine leather laces.
