The First Hast Customer
No, she's not one of our moms! Promised. We have already told you about our first offices (aka Thomas' apartment) when we were 5 years old. And when our first client opened the doors of this showroom, a place as eccentric as our production manager, we almost had the impression of illegal trafficking! All 3 of us had a huge smile despite our nervousness. And after a few weeks, we dressed everyone around our client! It was unreal, and yet it made us aware of our project. A moving memory for life! #neverforget
The most creative email
We have received emails of support and encouragement (and they still touch us just as much!) But when one of our customers sent us this email full of poetry and magic, we immediately awarded him the “Wonder of the wonders ".
Excerpt: “(…) that Madame, when I wear your shirts , has such an enamored look – to the point where I wonder if in your manufacturing process, you do not add unicorn hair/hair or something else (…) »
To which we will simply respond: “Sir, it’s not the shirt that makes you beautiful, it’s you that makes it beautiful” #mHastgic
The most swollen return
Most often, the various returns we receive are pragmatic: a shirt slipped into a small box, accompanied by a return form (simple and effective).
So when we received a package the size of which could hold 40 shirts, what were we worried about! But when I opened it (after hesitating for a long time…) Surprise! Small balloons of all colors acted as air bags holding the shirt securely in place in the box. A Breton customer who, after many return trips, had finally found his size with us. We were so touched that we even thought about making a striped model just for him. #life in colors
The customer who became a team member
Previously a (very) satisfied customer, he freely applied to join us! And today is part of the team, we present to you Christophe, who arrived a week ago! When he introduced himself to us, with his Hast shirt and his contagious passion for men's fashion, we couldn't say no, so happy to welcome him! ;) #flattered
