The First Hast Customer
No, it's not one of our moms! I promise. We've already told you about our first offices (aka Thomas's apartment) when we were 5 years old. And when our first client pushed open the doors of this showroom, a place as wacky as our production manager, we almost felt like we were doing illegal trafficking! All 3 of us had a huge smile on our faces despite our nervousness. And after a few weeks, we dressed up our client's entire entourage! It was unreal, and yet it made us realize our project. A moving memory for life! #neverforget
The most creative email
We have received emails of support and encouragement (and they still touch us as much!) But when one of our customers sent us this email filled with poetry and magic, we imtely awarded him the “Wonder of Wonders” prize.
Excerpt: "(…) that Madam, when I wear your shirts , has such a loving look – to the point where I wonder if in your manufacturing process, you don't add unicorn hair/fur or something else (…)"
To which we will simply respond: "Sir, it's not the shirt that makes you handsome, it's you who make it handsome" #mHastgic
The most inflated return
Most often, the various returns we receive are pragmatic: a shirt slipped into a small box, accompanied by a return form (simple and effective).
So when we received a package that could hold 40 shirts, we were really worried! But when we opened it (after hesitating for a long time...) Surprise! Little balloons of all colors acted as air bags holding the shirt in place in the box. A Breton customer who, after many trips back and forth with packages, had finally found his size with us. We were so touched that we even thought of making a striped model just for him. #lifeincolors
The customer who became a team member
Previously a customer, (very) satisfied, he applied freely to join us! And is now part of the team, we present to you Christophe, who arrived a week ago! When he introduced himself to us, with his Hast shirt and his contagious passion for men's fashion, we couldn't say no, too happy to welcome him! ;) #flattered
