Exchanges are offered in metropolitan France.
In other countries outside the European Union, return shipping costs are charged. You can consult the table on the Shipping and Returns page to find out the return shipping costs for your geographical area.
Underwear cannot be exchanged or refunded if it is not intact in its original packaging.
In metropolitan France:
- Free delivery on orders over €200 to your home or to a collection point, 2 to 3 working days.
- Chronopost home delivery from €12 (if order placed before 12pm, Monday to Friday excluding public holidays), 24h.
- Free in-store pickup, 2 hours.
- Free in-store delivery on orders over €200, 2-3 business days.
Internationally:
Free delivery on orders over 200 euros within the European Union.
Free delivery on orders over €250 to other countries outside the European Union within 2 to 6 working days.
We offer you the option of paying in installments with our partner ALMA: 3 or 4 installments, using your bank card. This payment option is available for all orders over €100, up to a maximum of €2000.
