Underwear cannot be exchanged or refunded if it is not intact in its original packaging.
In metropolitan France:
- Free delivery on orders over €200 to your home or to a collection point, 2 to 3 working days.
- Chronopost home delivery from €12 (if order placed before 12pm, Monday to Friday excluding public holidays), 24h.
- Free in-store pickup, 2 hours.
- Free in-store delivery on orders over €200, 2-3 business days.
Internationally:
Free delivery on orders over 200 euros within the European Union.
Free delivery on orders over €250 to other countries outside the European Union within 2 to 6 working days.
We offer you the option of paying in installments with our partner ALMA: 3 or 4 installments, using your bank card. This payment option is available for all orders over €100, up to a maximum of €2000.
