Delivery

IN MAINLAND FRANCE

Colissimo service at home without signature - Delivery in mainland France, Corsica, Andorra and Monaco. Colissimo Post Office service. The service is offered from 200 euros of purchase, and charged 5 euros below 200 euros of purchase. Delivery takes place within 2 to 3 working days after shipment.

Colissimo service - My merchant. Delivery to Relais Pick Up or relay point in mainland France. Delivery is free from 200 euros of purchase, and billed 3 euros below 200 euros of purchase.

Colissimo service at home against signature - Delivery in mainland France, Corsica, Andorra and Monaco. Colissimo Post Office service. The service is charged 3 euros from 200 euros of purchase, and billed 7 euros below 200 euros of purchase. Delivery takes place within 2 to 3 working days after shipment.

In the event of absence or impossibility of delivery of your parcel (no guard, etc.), your postman leaves a delivery notice mentioning the date and address of the post office where you can collect your parcel upon presentation. an identity document.

From the date mentioned on the delivery notice, you have 15 days to collect your package. After this period, it will be returned to us automatically. In this case, the next delivery costs will be your responsibility.

Chronopost Express Service - starting from €12 and weighted according to the weight of your package. Delivery takes place at home the next day before 1 PM* if the order is placed before noon, from Monday to Friday excluding public holidays. Your package will be handed over against a signature. If you are not present at the time of delivery, Chronopost offers alternative delivery options such as delivery on another date, delivery to a post office, a pickup point, a safe place, or to a neighbor.

Collection in store - free within 2 hours.

Store delivery - free from 200 euros of purchase, and charged 5 euros for purchases below 200 euros. Within 2 to 3 working days.

 

OVERSEAS

Colissimo Overseas Service - Delivery to Guadeloupe, Martinique, Réunion, Guyana, Mayotte and Saint Pierre and Miquelon between 5 and 10 working days from €13.09.

Colissimo Overseas Service - Delivery in French Polynesia between 5 and 10 working days from €19.21.

 

IN PARIS

Delivery by 2 wheels to Paris intramural and neighboring in 3 hours.

Chronopost International Service - Delivery in Europe. Delivery starts from 11.40 euros and you are delivered within 2 to 6 working days after shipment. This delay varies depending on the destinations.
Free delivery from 200 euros to the following countries: Germany, Austria, Belgium, Denmark, Spain, Finland, Greece, Ireland, Italy, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Portugal, Sweden, Switzerland.

DHL International - Free shipping for purchases over 250 CHF in Switzerland and over £200 in the United Kingdom. Deliveries are made within 3 to 5 business days after dispatch, depending on the destination.

DHL Express - Shipping rates :

  • Switzerland : 9 CHF for orders below 250 CHF; free for orders above 250 CHF.
  • United Kingdom : £9 for orders below £200; £5 for orders above £200.
  • United States : $9 for orders below $250; free for orders above $250.

IN FRANCE AND EUROPEAN UNION

Exchange and refund  

 You have 14 days from the date of delivery to return an item and request an exchange or a refund.

Mainland France :

  • Exchanges are offered in the form of a store credit valid for one year.
  • In the case of a refund request, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer and will be deducted from the refunded amount.

European Union :

  • Exchanges are available in the form of a store credit valid for one year. Return shipping costs remain the responsibility of the customer and will be deducted from the value of the credit.
  • For a refund, return shipping costs are also at the customer’s expense and will be deducted from the refunded amount.

Return costs correspond to the price of the prepaid return labels provided by Hast. You can refer to the table at the bottom of the page to see the applicable fees for your region.

Refund

You have 14 days from the delivery date to return a product and request a refund.

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer and will be deducted from your refund.

EXCEPTIONS

  • In-store purchases are not eligible for a refund; only an exchange is possible.
  • Refunds are not possible after the first exchange.
  • Orders paid partially or fully with a credit note are not eligible for a refund.

    Download your return label and carefully prepare your package by including your delivery slip.

    Returned products must be new, unworn (except for brief fitting), unwashed, and in their original, undamaged box (including packaging and accessories). If you no longer have the original packaging, use a box suitable for the weight and number of items you are returning.

    Upon receipt of the package, Hast will assess the condition of the returned merchandise. No refund/exchange will be granted if the returned items are visibly used or damaged.

    Refunds and credits will be issued within 14 days after receipt and validation of the return.

    Return shipping fees may apply to refunds and credits. Please refer to the table at the bottom of the page for applicable fees based on your geographical area.

      GENERAL RETURN CONDITIONS : for exchange or refund

      • The customer is responsible for the proper delivery of returned products.
      • Items must be returned new, unworn, and in their original, undamaged box.
      • Underwear (socks and boxers) are non-refundable if opened.
      • Gift pouches are not eligible for a refund.
      • Swimsuits must be tried on with underwear.

      Hast will assess the condition of the returned items. No refund or exchange will be accepted for items that are visibly used or damaged, making them unsellable.

      If the return is refused, the items will be sent back to the customer, who will be responsible for the return shipping costs.
