Hast is celebrating its 6th anniversary. Six years that have allowed us to experiment, learn and evolve. Yet some areas remain complex, such as forecasting orders. Operating like mass-market retailers seems absurd to us. With all the care and energy we put into developing our products, there is no question of discounting or throwing anything away. But the reality is there: sometimes we are left with pieces of fabric in quantities too small to make shirts. So what do we do with them?
