Underwear cannot be exchanged or refunded unless returned unworn and intact in its original packaging.

- Free home or pick-up point delivery on orders over 200 euros, 2 to 3 working days.
- Home delivery via Chronopost from 12€ (for orders placed before 12:00, Monday to Friday excluding bank holidays), 24h.
- Free in-store collection, 2h.
- Free in-store delivery on orders over 200 euros, 2 to 3 working days.
International:
Free delivery on orders over 200 euros to European Union countries.
Free delivery on orders over 250€ to other countries outside the European Union within 2 to 6 working days.
We offer split payment options in 3 or 4 instalments with our partner ALMA using your credit/debit card. This payment facility is available on all orders from €100 up to €2,000.
ALMA is a French company that manages instalment payments.
