Each pair of gloves is made entirely by hand. Every hide is carefully selected by experts before undergoing delicate artisanal tanning. Leather tanning is a lengthy process, but an essential one to achieve its handsome finish and distinctive qualities. Our Neapolitan master glovemaker uses a specialised tanning method that leaves the grain intact. The leather retains its supple feel and natural give, before being meticulously finished. Every detail has been considered to make these gloves both elegant and durable: leather fourchettes are inserted between each finger to prevent tearing, and the back of each glove features topstitched ribs in tone-on-tone thread. In total, 25 separate steps are required to craft a single pair of gloves. True comfort and elegance are worth the effort.
